Domestic Shipping
We offer fast shipping throughout the majority of the United States. All items ship via USPS and UPS priority and require an adult signature at the time of delivery. Please allow 24-48 processing before orders ship. Please note UPS priority is not a guaranteed service. 

International Shipping

DELTA•804 CBD ships internationally to most countries where laws allow. 
At this time, all international orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail and take approximately 7-14 days for delivery (unless your address qualifies for other shipping options.) Rates vary based on total weight and final destination. Pricing does not include duties, insurance costs, or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by the local Customs office.
DELTA•804 CBD strictly follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase, and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States or abroad.
 

Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can’t be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs.
 
Returns
You may only return unopened products within 3 business days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, however, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns. If the return is a result of our error, such as if you receive an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item as well as shipping costs. 
 
Cancellation
You have 2 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund. Cancellations done after the 2 hour period will not be refunded due to the strict nature of CBD payment processing, we can not allow chargebacks that exceed certain limits or our payment processing could be suspended. We do however offer alternative refund options like PayPal.

Exchanges
If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival; we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.

Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive your money much more quickly in many cases. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), as well as the time it takes to process your refund request.

If for any reason you do not receive your refund after 14 days, please contact us and let us know. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue immediately!
